Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Christoph Niemann Shop. If your home decor or art print doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring that prints are flat and home goods are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item to confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
